By using NPSLab, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and, in the iOS app, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement.
1. Service
NPSLab is a platform for creating satisfaction surveys, collecting responses, and tracking metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and CES.
2. Account and permitted use
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and using the service lawfully, without collecting data without authorization or attempting to access third-party data.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans may be purchased on the website, with payment processing by Stripe, or in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Subscription, renewal, billing, and cancellation follow the rules of the provider used for purchase. Plan, duration, price, and legal links are shown before subscription.
